Yassss!! I was looking around for a fun book tag and came across this incredible Hamilton-themed one by Maureen Keavy on Youtube!! Sure, it’s from 2015 but with Hamilton being one of my all-time favorite musicals, how could I resist?
I will preface this by saying that even though I’ve read nearly 50 books this year (more than I’ve EVER read EVER), before 2020, I hadn’t read much besides Harry Potter, The Hunger Games, Marvel comics and various Star Trek novels so sorry for multiple mentions of certain series. I may update this as I continue to read to give more variety to the responses. We all gotta start somewhere though!

Being the female lead character, I’m not sure if she’s considered underrated but I don’t think Mustang from Red Rising gets enough attention for how amazing she is!

The sudden end to the relationship in Crown of Midnight was BRUTAL and really hit me hard in the feels.

Gahh I’m really having trouble with this one and what qualifies as sassy – Umbridge from Harry Potter maybe? The Jackal from the Red Rising series? Celeste from The Selection?

I definitely didn’t see the shocking ending twists in Red Queen or Golden Son.
Non-stop | A series you marathoned
I went through The Hunger Games series SO fast when I first read it. These days, I try not to marathon series because I want to make them last as long as possible so I try to space them out as much as I can.
Satisfied | Favorite book with multiple POVs
The Lunar Chronicles! The characters are all so unique and endearing!
Who Lives, Who Dies, Who Tells Your Story | A book/series you feel like will be remembered throughout history
The Harry Potter series for sure! I look forward to the day I get to introduce these books to my children and hope they’ll do the same to theirs.
Helpless | A relationship you were pulling for from the start
Definitely Katniss and Peeta from The Hunger Games! I tend to go for unconventional ships that never happen/or are endgame so I was shocked when it actually played out!

So many epic fight scenes in the Red Rising series!

I honestly haven’t finished very many series so this answer will probably change as I do but for now, I definitely wouldn’t say no to more Harry Potter books.
