In just a couple days I’ll be attending what is probably my favorite con of the year, Anime Expo, in Los Angeles, CA. Here is my tentative schedule of what I’m planning to see and do!
My 2018 Anime Expo Schedule
Wednesday
This is Day 0 of Anime Expo – sort of like Comic Con’s Preview Night. Although the exhibit hall isn’t open, there are a handful of panels going on and it’s a great day to beat the crowds and pick up your badge, lanyard, and bag. I was debating on whether or not to go this day but decided to pass this time since it’s the Fourth of July, and I’ll most likely still be celebrating with friends throughout the night.
Thursday 9am-2am
Today is allll about Cybird! I don’t have a related cosplay but I’m thinking about doing the Mystic Messenger MC and will just act like I’m in the wrong game xD

Friday 10-7pm
I’m calling this my Voltage Inc day! I’ll be wearing my Liar MC cosplay which luckily is a pretty easy and casual outfit. If you’re not familiar with the game (which I’m pretty sure most people don’t unfortunately), I would look pretty normal. Today will be a long day since I’m planning on going to the Funimation After Party. Still deciding whether or not to just stay in the same outfit all day, carry a change of clothes with me all day, or go back home at some point to drop off merch, change, and then come back. Lots of things are still in the air so this is more of panels I’d be interested in but most likely won’t get around to all of them. Today I also got a wristband for the Destination Funimation from 12-6pm.

Saturday 10-7pm
This is my Sailor Moon day! I plan on debuting my Sailor Neptune cosplay finally! I’m still debating whether or not I should change into something else (possibly Voltron related) halfway through the day. I have a friend’s birthday party to go to so I won’t be able to stay long at the Cowboy Bebop party but I definitely still want to check it out! Also, another signing I’m interested in is Josh Keaton who does the voice of Shiro on Voltron!

Now I would love to see the Attack On Titan Season Three premiere today but I have a feeling it’s going to be pretty packed and I’m already planning on seeing it the upcoming Wednesday. Instead of dealing with the stress of waiting in a line, I’m going to use this last day to pick up whatever remaining otome merchandise I have yet to snag as well as check out the Artist Alley.

As you can see, I have quite the schedule planned! I really hope I’ll get to do the majority of it! Either way, I know I’m going to have an amazing time!
