Yay! Yesterday I received my February ipsy bag! I was so excited because with the end of my year-long Birchbox subscription last month, it’s my first “beauty box” subscription package I’ve received from my New York apartment. The theme this month was surprisingly not Valentine’s Day themed, but instead “Get Red Carpet Ready” which is still very appropriate with all the award shows this month including the Oscars this Sunday.
The bag itself is a black vinyl make up bag with red lining on the inside. I like ipsy bags best when they are simple like this and not crazy prints. Definitely makes them more versatile. This is actually the bag I use to carry around my makeup in my everyday handbag.
